A month has passed... but, lately I've been getting back into the training and I've just posted another video on youtube. It is a little different to keep it interesting. I expect to get my new video editing software in another week or so. That should move things along with these training videos and I've signed up to get some extra ideas on different activities. I'm sure they will be fun to watch. I look forward to getting back in the saddle and getting to business. The tough mudder is only 3 months away and there is still a lot to do. I'm up to running 2.5 miles, but that is a long way from 12. I'll keep you posted as to my running developments as well. I hope to hit the pavement tonight. Thanks for the support.

TM Training Week 2, Day 1
Welcome back! I've made it to Week 2. Today is Wednesday and yes I did the workout again today. I also ran 2.62 miles in 27 minutes yesterday. I am planning to run again tomorrow. So far workouts have proven easier than video editing. This week I recorded all my activities with my head out of the frame. Accident? We'll say yes. ;)
I would like to add that I have a poor video editor and I intend to upgrade when I come across some extra cash. In the meantime, I include 15 seconds of my best performance of each exercise along with how many reps I did in real time. Remember I only have one minute to do as many reps as I can. Sometimes this total ends up being less than exemplary. You can only go up from the bottom!
Hopefully, the video links are at the top of this page. I'll check in tomorrow to make sure they are operational.
Or maybe here's the link: http://youtu.be/-CSxb4pK2Es
Take care until next week.

Week 1, Day 1
Today is July 22nd, and my baby is eleven months old today. It is time to lose the baby weight. In an effort to motivate myself, I’ve signed up my hubby and I for the Tough Mudder Event in Tampa on Dec 4th. To further seek motivation and support, I’m documenting my training plan for the next three months and I’m posting the most embarrassing videos, I’ve ever seen of myself, on the internet.
My sister asked me why I’m doing this? So, for anyone else who wonders why someone with minimal physical fitness ability would publicly share their trials; here it is. I’m looking for the love. If you love Tough Mudder or a person humiliating themselves on the internet please join me for the next 3 months as I train. If you follow my journey and you support it, I’m held accountable to you weekly. This is motivational for me and I’m hoping (all my fingers crossed) that I will make noticeable improvement, so at the end of 3 months we’ll watch the last video and think to ourselves “Man, she is bad@$$!”
Please, let me know you are out there. Are you training for a Tough Mudder? Do you have better exercises that I can try? Have you always wanted to make a physical change in yourself? Let’s do this together, or I’ll just do it alone and you can watch. It is totally up to you. Click on the video box at the top of the page :)
